Job summary

Innoflex is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ACMV and Fire Protection projects in Singapore. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, and compliance, and drive seamless integration of physical systems with digital monitoring solutions.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience in M&E projects, a degree in mechanical/electrical/building services, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in ACMV, Fire Protection or M&E projects.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from tender handover to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across ACMV and Fire systems.
• Review drawings and submissions for HVAC and fire protection systems to avoid clashes.
• Oversee site progress, safety, and quality, conducting regular progress reviews.
• Lead testing, commissioning and handover activities with proper documentation.
• Identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance (BCA/SCDF/WSH).
• Monitor cost, variations and procurement, while maintaining client relationships.
• Support digitalisation initiatives integrating systems with BMS/IoT.
