Job summary

Innoflex in Singapore seeks an experienced Mechanical/Building Services professional to lead ACMV and fire protection projects. You will plan, coordinate with consultants and contractors, manage costs, ensure compliance with BCA/SCDF, and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover.

Strong drafting (AutoCAD) and project-management basics are required. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in ACMV and/or fire protection projects.
• Experience in Singapore construction environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations for ACMV and fire protection works.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular project status reports.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on technical matters.
