Job summary

Innoflex Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer (ACMV/M&E) to lead site execution on building construction projects. You will supervise and coordinate site activities, liaise with main contractors and subcontractors, and attend project meetings.

Responsibilities include preparing and updating progress reports, shop drawings, as-built drawings and O&M documentation; managing site safety submissions; and leading the project team in planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering with minimum 3 years ACMV/M&E experience, or degree with minimum 1 year ACMV/M&E experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ACMV/M&E design is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong project management with ability to manage timelines, budgets and resources.
• Confident and assertive; willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and program site work
• Supervise and coordinate site work
• Coordinate and liaise with main contractors and subcontractors
• Attend all necessary meetings with main contractors and consultants
• Prepare and update monthly site progress reports
• Update site progress claims
• Prepare, revise and update shop drawings, as-built drawings and O&M documentation
• Prepare site safety and document submissions (RA, MOS, etc.)
• Carry out inspections with RTO/Consultant
• Lead team in project execution, planning and scheduling
