buildbridge partners pte. ltd. seeks a Project Manager to lead ACMV works for major building projects in Singapore.

You will oversee planning, coordination, execution and delivery of ACMV systems, manage programme, budget, resources and subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants, main contractors and clients. The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services and at least 8 years of ACMV/M&E project experience on building projects such as commercial,

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of ACMV/M&E project experience.
Proven experience managing building projects such as commercial, residential, mixed-development, hotel or similar projects.
Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, project coordination and site execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage ACMV works from project commencement through completion and handover.
Oversee project planning, coordination, execution and delivery of ACMV works.
Manage project programme, budget, resources and subcontractors.
Coordinate closely with consultants, main contractors, clients and other trades.
Monitor site progress, quality, safety and technical compliance.
Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submissions.
Manage project documentation, variation orders, progress claims and other commercial matters.
Lead and mentor the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
