Job summary

INNOFLEX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead ACMV and Fire Protection projects from tender to handover. You will drive multi-disciplinary coordination, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with BCA/SCDF standards. A focus on digitalisation and smart building integration will be essential.

You will oversee site execution, safety, and documentation, collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in ACMV, Fire Protection or M&E projects.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with BCA and SCDF regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across ACMV and Fire Protection systems.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including engineers and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and technical submissions to ensure clash-free delivery.
• Oversee site progress, quality, safety and documentation.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover with clients.
• Manage budgets, schedules and risk mitigation.
