Job summary

JOB LIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for M&E/ACMV projects in Singapore.

The role oversees the full project lifecycle, from planning and cost control to documentation, coordinating with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants to meet the schedule. The candidate should have a degree in mechanical engineering, 10+ years in construction, and proven track records in large M&E projects, including chiller Green Mark requirements.

Qualifications

• Dynamic and motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership to manage a project staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Microsoft Project.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• Strong track record in M&E projects, at least 30 million in value.
• Well-versed in Chiller Green Mark requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire process and be knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures.
• Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation.
• Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
• Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system.
• Lead a team of project staff.
