Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Innovation Consultant to support the digital transformation of SMEs and help build cutting-edge Agentic AI App solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of IT proficiency, data analysis capability, logical problem-solving skills, broad business domain knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This role play a key part in driving innovation, identifying opportunities for automation, and developing intelligent digital solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to assess current digital maturity and identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
• Design and implement Agentic AI App solutions tailored to business needs.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver digital innovation initiatives.
• Present strategies, findings, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to propose forward-thinking digital strategies.

Technical Skills

• Knowledgeable in IT systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, spreadsheets, or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar).
• Experience working in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with an ability to manage changing priorities and iterate quickly.
• Understanding of modern AI/ML concepts.

Analytical & Cognitive Skills

• Strong number system understanding and data literacy.
• Excellent logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
• Business & Communication Skills: Broad understanding of various business domains including sales & marketing, product management, delivery and operations (HR, Finance, Compliance etc).
• Ability to translate complex data and technology into clear business insights.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to create compelling narratives for client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in digital transformation projects, especially for SMEs.
• Familiarity with agent-based or AI-driven application will be added credits.
