Job summary

BIOMED DIAGNOSTICS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Facilities Coordinator to maintain and optimize our IT backbone and building systems. You will manage servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and related equipment, while ensuring reliable daily operations and security.

You will coordinate with vendors, supervise maintenance activities, and contribute to project plans and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of IT infrastructure and facility maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization.
• Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with facility management practices and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Job description

IT Infrastructure Maintenance:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and other related equipment.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively.
• Implement and maintain effective security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.
• Perform routine hardware and software upgrades and updates.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Facility Maintenance & Admin:

• Coordinate and manage facility maintenance activities, including building repairs, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.

Project Management:

• Participate in IT infrastructure and facility improvement projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and project status.
