Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in IT infrastructure environments with involvement in infrastructure implementation or upgrade projects.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and backup technologies.
• CCNA or equivalent networking certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support IT infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
• Manage physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and connectivity issues.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage third-party IT service providers to ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
• Maintain infrastructure security through patch management, access controls, and compliance with IT and data protection policies.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers on infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and support activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operating procedures.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity activities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for escalated infrastructure-related incidents.
• Support infrastructure projects, technology rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance business value and operational effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Infrastructure Specialist / Expert to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performing IT infrastructure environment that supports business operations and aligns with corporate standards.

You will play a key role in infrastructure projects, technology implementations, and operational support while collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise across servers, networks, storage, and security technologies.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in IT infrastructure environments with involvement in infrastructure implementation or upgrade projects.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and backup technologies.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies.
• Good understanding of storage and backup solutions.
• Solid networking knowledge, including WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Familiarity with infrastructure security best practices, patch management, and access controls.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
• Experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry will be an advantage.
