Job summary

Monee in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to drive the Digital Bank product vision and roadmap, translating business and user needs into clear requirements and owning the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch.

You will produce PRDs and user stories, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Risk, manage timelines and risks, and track success metrics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IS/Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Internship or work experience in business analysis or product/project management is a plus.
• Banking/insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and roadmap for Digital Bank by translating business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Produce and maintain PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure projects are delivered with quality and clarity.
• Track product success metrics, using data and feedback to inform decisions and prioritization.
• Act as the central point of coordination to align stakeholders and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Continuously improve products based on performance insights, user feedback, and operational learnings.
