Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Digital Product Owner to own the product backlog and translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will work with business, technology, UX/UI and QA teams through the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, defining features and customer journeys, and driving agile ceremonies to ensure timely, quality releases.

Qualifications

• Must translate business needs into structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with product backlog management.
• Comfort discussing APIs, data flows and integrations at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog and priorities.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, tech teams, UX/UI designers and QA throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Define features and customer journeys with clear functional requirements.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
• Provide timely clarification to delivery teams during development.
• Supervise test engineers to define UAT plans and ensure end-to-end testing.
• Review and accept delivered functionality before release.
• Coordinate dependencies and risks across stakeholders.
