Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Product Manager in banking to lead onboarding, KYC lifecycle, and digital banking enhancements. You will drive product strategy and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment while delivering compelling customer experiences.

You will manage end-to-end development, engage with stakeholders, and train business teams on new features, with strong communication in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related discipline; equivalent professional qualifications considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in banking product management, especially corporate online banking, cash management, onboarding and KYC process enhancement, or product governance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and engage with business partners and service providers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities within tight timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin to support stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the customer onboarding journey and lifecycle KYC processes, including the digitalization of internal and external workflows.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development to launch and post-implementation optimization.
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure products and processes meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Support the enhancement of online banking services by participating in projects, system implementations, and User Acceptance Testing for new and existing functionalities.
• Develop and execute product strategies and initiatives that contribute to business growth and revenue objectives.
• Conduct periodic reviews and updates of policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to business teams on new products, enhancements, and process improvements.
