Job summary
GREENLANE PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks a Corporate Banking Product Manager to lead onboarding and lifecycle KYC improvements and advance digital banking solutions for enterprise clients.
You will collaborate across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology and business teams to deliver compliant, customer-centric products. Responsibilities include end-to-end product development, UAT for new features, policy updates, and training of business teams to enhance experience and efficiency
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in banking product management or related digital banking roles
- Experience in onboarding/KYC and corporate online banking
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise onboarding and lifecycle KYC processes for corporate clients
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from requirements to launch
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology and business teams
- Participate in UAT for new features and enhancements to corporate online banking services
- Develop product strategies to improve customer experience, efficiency and growth
- Review and update policies and guidelines for compliance
- Deliver product training sessions to business teams
- Monitor product performance and identify digitalisation opportunities
- Coordinate with external providers and technology partners
- Execute additional duties and projects as assigned by the Team Lead
