Persol Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a digitally adept Product Manager to develop retail propositions, design data-driven customer journeys, and drive online channel growth in a fast-paced banking environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Analytics, and business teams to identify opportunities and implement end-to-end digital solutions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, knowledge of cards/lending/deposits, and the ability to translate insights into actionable product

Qualifications

Experience in digital product management within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of banking products such as cards, lending, and deposits.
Experience managing customer journeys and digital experiences.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience building business cases and product strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop Retail Product Propositions with Product teams and validate with small-scale experiments.
Design data-driven customer journeys and gather insights across digital touchpoints.
Drive online channel share by leveraging digital platforms and targeted campaigns.
Lead digital initiatives across stakeholders from onboarding to fulfilment and post-implementation support.
