Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited is hiring a Digital Banking Product Manager to drive digital capability deliveries across online/mobile platforms and a pre-login/real-time onboarding suite. A strong eye for UX and customer journeys will help guide multiple delivery streams.

The role emphasizes testing, QA governance, and collaboration with POs and stakeholders. A 12-month fixed-term contract supports ongoing digital initiatives and adoption efforts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Quality Assurance, UAT, and digital banking platforms.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Mathematics or related field; CSPO certified.
• Strong understanding of Agile, UX, digital product delivery and stakeholder management.
• Analytical, problem-solving and highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience validating customer journeys across online and mobile channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure objectives are met.
• Identify test script deficiencies and candidates for additional scripted coverage.
• Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
• Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure QA standards.
• Review, analyze digital journeys and support in User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensure user expectations are met during testing and collaborate with POs to review features.
• Communicate with internal business and tech stakeholders.
• Document all testing according to required standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
