Job summary

You will lead the Post-Onboarding KYC team, oversee customer due diligence, periodic reviews and exits, and collaborate with FCC, Risk, Legal, Business and Tech to ensure best practices. The role emphasizes building systems, driving AI-enabled efficiency, and mentoring offshore teams for consistent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in customer-facing KYC services with Corporate Banking customers.
• Experience leading teams in KYC operations and ensuring adherence to controls.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese for handling documents.
• Ability to organize workload and meet KPIs across local and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KYC Operations Post-Onboarding team in Singapore.
• Serve as the accountable service owner for all KYC activities including outreach, reviews and exits.
• Drive alignment with OKRs, SLAs and KPIs across the operation.
• Collaborate with FCC, Risk, Legal, Business and Tech to ensure best practices.
• Hire and develop a high-performing, customer-facing KYC team.
