Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a proactive Digital Product Owner to translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria while owning the product backlog. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, UX/UI designers, QA and other partners across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, strong stakeholder management and delivering customer-centric digital experiences in a regulated financial services context.

Qualifications

• Translate business needs into structured user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, aligning priorities with business objectives.
• Translate requirements and pain points into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, UX/UI designers and QA across the delivery lifecycle.
• Define features, journeys and functional requirements before development begins.
• Prioritise features based on impact, value, regulations and effort.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinements, reviews and retrospectives.
• Provide timely clarification to delivery teams during development.
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria with stakeholders; supervise test engineers for UAT plans.
• Review delivered functionality and grant product acceptance before release.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks and issues across business and tech stakeholders.
• Support production launch, post-launch validation and monitoring of product performance.
• Maintain documentation and roadmaps for visibility.
• Champion customer-centric digital experiences that are intuitive and outcome-driven.
