Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites an enthusiastic Product Development & Channels Intern to gain hands-on exposure across the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from identifying customer needs to supporting the delivery of digital solutions.

You will work with product managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to understand requirements, analyze trends, and help drive product enhancements. Open to undergraduates or postgraduates seeking practical digital banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Product Discovery: support gathering and analysis of user requirements to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improved customer experiences
• Market Research & Benchmarking: conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to support product development and strategic decision-making
• Product Development Support: assist in tracking and coordination of system enhancements, product features, and digital banking initiatives
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support project implementation and delivery
• Data Analysis & Reporting: support preparation of management reports, business insights, and performance dashboards
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): assist in testing system enhancements and new functionalities to ensure solutions meet business and customer requirements
• Project Coordination: support project planning, progress tracking, documentation, and follow-up on key deliverables
• Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other product development, channel management, and strategic initiatives as assigned
