You’ll gain firsthand exposure to how technology, automation, and process innovation are transforming credit origination and customer journeys, while developing analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Interest in digital transformation and innovation in banking.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Process improvement: support in streamlining credit origination processes and customer journeys.
• Assist in automation, digitalisation, and process re-engineering initiatives.
• Prepare materials and presentations for discussions with stakeholders.
• Participate in design sessions to improve user experiences and efficiency.
• Testing of new products and features; provide feedback for improvements.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to OCBC's innovation and digital transformation agenda.
• Ad-hoc support on transformation projects.
