Job summary

OCBC invites you to join as a Digital Workflows Intern, a hands-on role supporting design and delivery of digital workflow solutions in Payment Operations. You’ll work with Operations, Business Analysts, Technology teams, and Project Managers to learn how products are shaped in a banking environment.

You’ll gain exposure to product ownership, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to contribute to real-world improvements while developing problem-solving and collaboration

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Business/IS/CS/Data Analytics/Engineering with strong academic performance.
• Interest in digital transformation and banking operations.
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of digital workflow solutions for Payment Operations in partnership with Operations, Business Analysts, Technology teams, and Project Managers.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and understanding user needs to support product and workflow enhancements.
• Analyze data and insights to support feature prioritisation and decision-making.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and participate in hands-on testing to validate solutions.
• Assist in issue triaging and resolution with Operations users and Technology teams.
• Engage stakeholders across the region to understand workflow requirements and identify process improvements.
• Provide support on other digitalisation, workflow optimisation, and project initiatives as assigned.
