• Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Conduct market research, industry trends, and competitor benchmarking to support decision-making.
• Support tracking and coordination of system enhancements and digital banking initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support project delivery.
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and creating business insights dashboards.
• Support user acceptance testing and project coordination activities.
