Job summary

You’ll analyse user needs, support end-to-end product lifecycles, apply AI-powered solutions, and contribute to data analytics, governance, and vendor initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
• Interest in digital product management and fintech.
• Willingness to learn about AI and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer journeys to identify pain points and enhancements.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle from idea to feature development.
• Explore AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Analyse customer behavior and metrics to derive insights.
• Assist in sprint planning, testing, and implementation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, vendors, and operations partners.
