Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites undergraduates to join as a Programme Management Intern in the Emerging Business International team. You will gain exposure to cash management and business lending products while supporting strategic initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.

You will develop analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive product launches, campaigns, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with interest in banking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Curious and eager to learn in SME banking
• Comfortable with data and stakeholder engagement
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
