OCBC Bank invites undergraduates to join the Personal & Premier Banking internship. You'll gain hands-on exposure to frontline banking, customer engagement, and digital solutions while supporting campaign activities and customer interactions.

You'll develop communication and problem-solving skills, working with branch teams, and contributing to customer service excellence in a dynamic retail banking environment in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Promote OCBC FRANK Account and Debit Card to acquire new customers.
• Coordinate and participate in customer acquisition campaigns and roadshows.
• Assist customers with MOE HESL submissions and after-sales support.
• Educate customers on self-service channels to boost digital banking adoption.
• Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
