Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Digital Ambassador in Singapore to assist customers with banking services and digital solutions. The role will involve guiding users through self-service channels and addressing digital product inquiries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers with inquiries on banking services, products and digital platforms.
• Guide customers through self-service options on mobile banking, online banking portals and ATMs.
• Troubleshoot common digital banking issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Proactively engage customers to understand banking needs and promote digital adoption.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank's latest products and digital offerings.
