Job summary

PARADIGM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Banking Customer Service professional in Singapore. You will deliver excellent service across Service and Cash Zones, assist with digital banking and onboarding, and promote a Digital First mindset.

You will identify customer needs, advise on banking products, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while handling escalations and contributing to a smooth branch operation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, finance, banking or related discipline.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using digital banking tools and promoting digital adoption.
• Detail-oriented with risk and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across Service and Cash Zones for banking enquiries and transactions.
• Assist customers with digital and self-service banking solutions, promoting a Digital First approach.
• Identify customer needs and advise suitable banking products and services.
• Support account opening and onboarding through digital and physical channels.
• Assist with daily branch operations and account opening checks.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, risk controls and regulatory requirements.
• Handle escalations and follow up on complex service issues for timely resolution.
• Participate in training and upskilling programmes to strengthen product, digital and service capabilities.
