Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore invites you to join a key customer-facing role at branches, responsible for general banking product sales including retail accounts, online banking cross-selling, and in-branch enquiries. You will deliver exceptional service throughout the banking journey.

Requirements include a F.5/F.6 graduate or above, 1 year of branch banking experience, and proficiency in Chinese, English and Mandarin. Strong MS Office skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• F.5/F.6 graduate or above; RI licenses preferred.
• At least 1 year of branch banking experience.
• Good command of MS Office; bilingual in Chinese/English/Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account opening and onboarding.
• Educate customers on ATM and online banking to boost digital adoption.
• Greet customers in the bank hall and triage traffic.
• Handle general enquiries and non-financial tasks such as password resets.
• Provide digital support and lead digital workshops.
• Coordinate I&I referrals to PFC and PRM.
