Job summary

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd seeks an IT Support professional to provide comprehensive assistance across multiple sites in Singapore. The role covers asset management, troubleshooting, maintenance and user training, with a 2-year renewable contract and working hours from 9am to 6pm.

Based in East Roving, you will support Windows, iOS and Android platforms, collaborate with vendors, and ensure timely ticket resolution while delivering quality customer service to users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec in IT related qualification or Diploma in IT.
• 0-2 years’ experience supporting computing devices in a similar technical capacity.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows, iOS, and Android computing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage assets of infrastructure and computing devices to maintain accurate records and operational readiness.
• Deliver computer support services including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance for supported software and hardware.
• Collaborate effectively with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and coordinate service delivery.
• Train, coach, and orient users on proper use of computer devices to enhance user competence and reduce support requests.
• Complete assigned helpdesk tasks promptly and to users’ satisfaction, ensuring high service quality.
• Operate independently to manage workload and prioritize tasks without supervision.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users and stakeholders to facilitate problem resolution and service delivery.
• Demonstrate proactiveness and initiative in identifying and resolving IT issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain service levels and meet deadlines.
• Apply problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Provide customer service that supports positive user experiences and satisfaction
