Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an IT Helpdesk/Asset Support professional on a 2-year renewable contract. The role requires Singaporean eligibility and involves roving duties across multiple East-side locations. Working hours are standard Mon-Fri, with site-based responsibilities.

You will manage asset inventory, provide desktop support, troubleshoot, patch, configure, and train users while coordinating with third-party vendors. Strong communication and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT
• Fresh candidate with related IT cert, proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook
• 1-2 years' experience in similar capacity
• Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, iOS, and Android

• Eligibility: Singaporean ONLY
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8;30am to 6pm
• Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable)
• Location: East side roving (Need to go only 1 location per day) - BMTC/Pasir Ris camp/Changi Naval Base/Air Force Training Centre (Paya Lebar)/ AMK

Scope of services

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Nitec in IT-related qualification/Diploma in IT
2. Fresh candidate with related IT Cert. can be considered, but must be proficient in Microsoft Words/ Excel/ Outlook.
3. 1-2 years' experience in similar capacity Technical Skills and supporting Computing Devices
4. Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, iOS, and Android
