Job summary

ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer to lead training and documentation efforts for desktop support, ensuring efficient delivery of services to end-users.

You will provide technical guidance, develop SOPs, and drive process improvements while serving as the go-to expert for a specific domain. The role requires 5 years in desktop support, strong Windows 10 and Office 365 experience, and relevant Microsoft certifications; location is AMK, Bedok, and client sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Min. ITE/Diploma graduate with 5 years experience in desktop support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Demonstrated knowledge in workstation hardware and related components.
• Excellent coordination, prioritization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials and SOPs for desktop engineers.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver trainings for desktop support requests and incidents.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated technical issues and complex problem resolution.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align desktop support services with overall IT strategy.
• Monitor training outcomes and continuously improve materials.
