Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a candidate for a 2-year contract (renewable) in the West area of Singapore. You will manage assets, provide desktop support, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure devices operate smoothly.

The role requires a Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook. You must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–6 pm, and be eligible for MSD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices.
• Provide computer support services: troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors.
• Provide training and orientation to users on how to use computing devices.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and to user satisfaction.
• Handle helpdesk duties.
