Job summary

DOSK CONTRACT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations across the company, including user support, hardware, software licences and procurement. You will coordinate with external IT vendors and provide site IT support for projects and camera systems.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in IT or related field, 2–4 years of IT experience, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, basic cybersecurity understanding, and a Class 3 or motorcycle licence.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT support/infrastructure experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows computers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking basics.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity problems.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Class 3 or motorcycle licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to company employees.
• Set up, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Install and configure Windows and business applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, Internet and Wi‑Fi issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licences and access.
• Maintain software licence and subscription records.
• Monitor antivirus and backup status and report incidents.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate vendor support.
• Provide project/site IT support and camera system assistance when needed.
