Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist on a 2-year contract (renewable) to manage infrastructure devices, perform asset management and provide hands-on helpdesk support across Windows, iOS and Android.

You will rove between daily locations, coordinate with third-party vendors, and train users on device usage. Fresh graduates with IT certification are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, and applicants must be Singaporean.

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec in IT or Diploma in IT.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 1-2 years’ IT support experience with computing devices.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices.
• Provide computer support services (troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance).
• Work with 3rd party vendors.
• Provide training, coaching and orient users on how to use devices.
• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time to user satisfaction.

Scope of Services

• Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices
• Provide computer support services (Troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance) for any supported software and hardware.
• Work with 3rd parties vendors
• Provide Training, Coaching and orienting users on how to use computer devices.
• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users.
• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Nitec in IT-related qualification/Diploma in IT
• Fresh candidate with related IT Cert. can be considered, but must be proficient in Microsoft Words/ Excel/ Outlook.
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity Technical Skills and supporting Computing Devices
• Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, iOS, and Android
