• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Robotics Unit with full P&L and revenue accountability.
• Drive development and management of defence robotics business opportunities for local and international customers.
• Champion tender and contract bid management from end-to-end.
• Plan and coordinate resource allocation across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze robotics trends to inform strategic direction and research focus.
