Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior product leader to translate technology into market-winning offerings for Defence Platform Electronics.

You will own the product strategy, business case and go-to-market execution, driving growth, margin improvement and a strong international pipeline. The role requires deep experience in product management, cross-functional leadership and strategic partnerships, with a focus on revenue impact and profitability across defence markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Technology Management or a related field.
• At least 10 years in product management, business development, commercial strategy, programme management or market development in defence/electronics.
• Proven ability translating technical capabilities into commercially viable products with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to develop and defend product-level business cases with revenue forecasts and margins.
• Strong commercial acumen to grow qualified pipeline, orders and margin.
• Experience with market sizing, segmentation and go-to-market planning.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with defence platform electronics or related ruggedised systems preferred.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for Defence Platform Electronics with linkages to revenue growth and margins.
• Define priority customer segments, market sizing and competitive benchmarking.
• Develop GTM strategies to convert capabilities into pipeline and revenue.
• Build and manage strategic channel and industry partnerships.
• Identify emerging electronics technologies and translate into product enhancements.
• Define channel strategies to improve market coverage and sales productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations and finance on feature prioritisation and ROI.
