Job summary

Delta Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania is looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to drive revenue in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. The role targets Key Accounts and the Datacenter vertical, demanding strategic client engagement, accurate forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compelling solutions.

You will lead negotiations, develop value propositions with executives and IT leaders, and coordinate RFQ/RFP processes across Delta factories and HQ to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering. MBA preferred.
• Extensive and progressive sales experience, minimum 5 years in direct sales.
• Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets in technology or infrastructure sectors.
• Datacenter industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive Singapore sales plans targeting Key Accounts and Datacenter vertical.
• Cultivate high-level client relationships and manage escalations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Forecast accurately and report regional performance to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with regional teams to develop compelling value propositions and proposals.
• Lead RFQ/RFP/RFT preparation, solution design, and costing.
• Coordinate with factories and HQ/Region to align delivery for regional/global clients.
