Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a data collection role at Havelock, Singapore. You will assist respondents in completing surveys online or manually and ensure accurate data entry and field outreach when needed.

You will update progress using Excel, maintain case notes, and adhere to SOPs to meet KPIs. Flexible with overtime and weekend work when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or manually.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached by phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using tools (e.g. Excel).
• Collaborate with team to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for follow-up actions.
• Adhere to SOPs and provide valid reasons for deviations.
• Meet established KPIs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Details:

• Salary Range: $3,000 - $ 3,300

• Office Hours: Mon - Fri, 830am - 6pm (Flexible with OT/ Weekend Work when needed)

• Office Location: Havelock

• Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods

- Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity

- Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone

- Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel)

- Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets

- Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation

- Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion

- Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities

- Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions

- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide valid reasons for any deviations

- Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
