Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a contract-based Data Collection Assistant to conduct surveys, assist respondents, and ensure data quality. The role requires customer-facing experience and strong Excel skills.

The position involves field visits, weekend availability, and adherence to SOPs while supporting project targets and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Customer Service experience: 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• MS Office (Excel).
• Availability to work on weekends as required by project schedules.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and assist respondents in completing questionnaires via online or manual channels.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain data quality and integrity.
• Carry out field visits to engage respondents who are unreachable through phone calls.
• Update survey progress, call outcomes, and case records using designated systems and tools.
• Review, validate, and correct survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed respondent records and follow-up notes for tracking purposes.
• Handle respondent queries and objections professionally while encouraging participation.
• Prepare daily productivity and survey completion reports.
• Work closely with team members to achieve survey targets and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with established SOPs and project guidelines.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Office hours 11am - 8pm, outdoor 12pm - 9pm (weekend also)


• Off day 1 week day 1 weekend


• Salary - S$3,000 - S$3,300


• Duration - 1 year renewal (until December 2026)
