Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a survey data coordinator based in Novena. You will assist respondents to complete surveys, enter data, and maintain data integrity. This role involves field visits when needed and daily progress updates using Excel.

The position is a renewable contract with standard hours, requiring collaboration to reach KPIs and adherence to SOPs. Weekend work may be required occasionally.

Responsibilities

Job Details:

Salary Range: $3,000 - $ 3,300

Office Hours: Mon - Fri, 830am - 6pm (Flexible with OT/ Weekend Work when needed)

Office Location: Novena

Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods


• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity


• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone


• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel)


• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets


• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation


• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion


• Review and correct ("clean") survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities


• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions


• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide valid reasons for any deviations


• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
