Job summary

ERS Industries Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Account Executive to develop new business, manage client portfolios, and prepare quotations for data center infrastructure and IT products. You will drive revenue by expanding into new segments and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

Diploma or degree in business/marketing/engineering/IT is required, with 1–3 years of sales or account management experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales or account management experience in IT infrastructure, networking, data center, industrial, or engineering-related products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities.
• Expand market coverage by targeting new segments, industries, and territories to increase market share and revenue.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions as per customer requirements.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure timely project execution and satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical coordination with customers as needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and KPIs.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project updates.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
