Job summary

Aggreko in Singapore is seeking a Sales Specialist – Data Centre to drive revenue through consultative selling of complex power and cooling solutions to data centre customers. You will lead technical discovery, develop solutions, and manage multi-level stakeholder relationships throughout extended sales cycles.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma, at least 5 years in data center or related sectors, a strong network within data centers and service providers, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical, management, or business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the data center sector or a related industry.
• Strong network and established relationships within data center organizations and service providers.
• Proven ability to understand technical power and temperature control solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Professional, customer-focused, and willing to travel frequently for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by delivering power and cooling solutions to Data Centre Sector in Singapore and Johor Bahru.
• Build strategic customer relationships and convert sales opportunities into long-term key accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including presentations, quotations, contract negotiations, and order closure.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity while maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with internal teams.
• Promote Aggreko’s solutions and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational excellence standards.
