Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process customer work orders and ensure SLA alignment.
• Perform rack-and-stack and installation tasks for customer equipment deployments.
• Support cross-connect installations, terminations, and testing activities.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting of customer infrastructure and connectivity services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely service delivery.
• Participate in onboarding and training activities for continuous learning.
