Qualifications

• 1–3 years in data center operations, telecoms, IT infrastructure or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute work order requests in line with commitments and SLAs.
• Escalate requests to appropriate teams and follow escalation processes.
• Maintain detailed records of work activities and customer interactions.
• Document operational activities in relevant systems and databases.
• Support reporting on work order status and progress.
