Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders in queue and respond to semi-routine requests within commitment times.
• Escalate nonstandard requests per SOP with supervision.
• Maintain detailed records of all work activity.
• Assist with cabling and equipment installations per SOP.
• Support cross-connect and testing tasks for data center infrastructure.
• Provide on-site customer support and escorting as needed.
