Job summary

Keppel Technology Solutions in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Engineer with 3–5 years of IT experience to provide L2 support and optimize Microsoft 365 and Intune services. You will play a key role in on-call rotations and in developing PowerShell scripts to manage M365 environments.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in IT, basic knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD, and familiarity with SCCM, GPOs, BitLocker, and LAPS. Strong teamwork and professional client interaction are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years IT experience providing end user devices support / migration / implementation.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with endpoint device management tools (SCCM, GPOs, BitLocker, LAPS).
• Windows 10/11; MacOS, iOS, ChromeOS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support and advice on systems-related issues.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 & MDM (Intune).
• On-call standby with varied shifts during critical periods.
• Support End User Devices operations across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Microsoft 365 & MDM.
