Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT experience, with end-user support / migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Teams, SharePoint Online) and Azure AD.
• Experience with endpoint management tools (GPOs, SCCM, BitLocker, LAPS).
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11; MacOS/iOS knowledge advantageous.
• Certifications MD102/MS102 or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support and advice to users on systems-related issues.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 and MDM (Intune).
• On-call standby during critical cutovers or incidents.
• Support End User Devices across multiple customer environments.
• Provide support for Windows OS and end-user applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 and MDM configurations.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Technical Managers to meet expectations.
• Support project implementations and related documentation.
• Deliver technical solutions for project delivery and resolve issues.
• Work with Project Manager for high-quality implementations.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to manage Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
