Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join their team to manage end-to-end IT service operations, log and resolve incidents to minimize downtime, and provide Level 2 support for onsite users with a focus on M365.

You will administer global desktop tools including endpoint security, remote management, email security, and mobile device provisioning with 4+ years of M365/O365 experience and Azure Entra ID proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of M365/O365 experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Intune.
• SharePoint Online experience required.
• Exposure to Microsoft Defender is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT service operations by logging and resolving technical incidents to minimize downtime.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for onsite users, diagnosing and troubleshooting M365 issues.
• Administer global desktop tools including endpoint security, remote management, email security, and mobile device provisioning.
