Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma is required.
• 2–3 years experience in order processing, delivery arrangement and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP, Pivot tables and simple formulas.
• 2–3 years experience using SAP/S4 Hana SD module is a must.
• PowerBI knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service via email and phone through ticketing system.
• Input customer purchase orders and manage sales orders; allocate stock and arrange delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain communication and gather feedback.
• Create monthly reports on customer service activities and assist in policy development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and perform ad hoc tasks.
