• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years in supply chain/logistics with more than 1 year in customer service.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with proven relationship-building ability.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, able to perform root-cause analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP SD and CRM experience is a plus.

• Administer day-to-day activities of customer order management and improvements.
