Job summary

Cognity Life Singapore Private Limited seeks an experienced Customer Service & Supply Chain Officer to oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning, inbound logistics, and order lifecycle across the Singapore unit.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure product availability, timely deliveries and high service levels while maintaining efficient stock. 8+ years’ experience and a Business/Logistics degree are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in customer service and supply chain operations.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and sales projections.
• Plan inventory, purchasing, and replenishment to balance demand with availability.
• Coordinate inbound logistics, transportation, customs, and replenishment.
• Manage the customer order lifecycle from quotations to delivery and returns.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and accurate documentation.
• Monitor performance with relevant systems and reporting tools (Power BI, Salesforce) and drive improvements.
